"John Is my insurance agent and he really went to bat for me by helping me out with a situation that he really didn't have to do. The following is what happened: I had been gone and came back to a hole in my siding at the back of the house. My home backs up to a green belt. I looked down and found a few small pieces of siding had been busted and on the ground. I also found a heavy piece of what appears to be either a wheel or a mallet. John called the landscaper and the landscaper came out and we resolved the issue. My deductible is $3,500 so there was no need to file a claim since the work was only $500. John is not your everyday insurance agent. He goes above and beyond. I'm very fortunate to have John as my State Farm agent."
